It's long been known that if you ordered the Audi A1 or S1 that you couldn't spec a factory reversing camera that works in conjunction with your RMC or MMI 3G System. There was lots of cheap chinese rubbish out there that would give you a Dumb System with no tasty extras. Well finally we can offer genuine Audi Rear View Camera for Audi A1.

This Audi system will fit in perfectly into your A1/S1 and will look and work as if it were fitted from factory. The most important part of this kit is that it allows the "Moving Gudelines" so as your steering wheel is moving the lines on the screen will represent your direction of travel.

This system will intergrate with your factory Optical Parking System (If you already have it installed) and will provide a pretty nifty overlay on top of the Reverse Feed.

Much easier orientation due to the guiding lines and fields which are integrated into the video picture and change depending on the steering wheel angle

Two modes are available:
        parkingmode 1 (Transverse parking): Useful to park into a slot which is transverse to the driving direction for reverse driving into a longer entry
        parkingmode 2 (Longitudinal parking): Useful for parking into a slot along the driving direction on a curb

With your A1, it may happen that the radio does not have a fiber optic input. If your vehicle is equipped with CD changer, Bluetooth or special sound system the radio for the rear camera retrofit is appropriate.

Note: Installation of the camera requires modification of the tailgate. It is necessary to make an appropriate hole for the handle.
