How will my order be delivered?
Orders weighing up to 2 kg and under £100 (excl. VAT or discounts) will be delivered via the postal service, signature is required but deliveries cannot be tracked. All other orders are delivered by carrier during business hours and a signature will be required.
You can track your order via the www.royalmail.com or www.tnt.com
Text Notifications
In addition to email notifications, you can request text message updates in Checkout.
What to Expect
Once your order ships we'll send you a email / text message. The email / text message will include your order number and a link to the tracking information. We can even send you email / texts the day before delivery, on the day of delivery, or after your item has been "delivered", depending upon your shipping method, country and carrier. Depending upon your order, you may receive between 1-4 email / text messages per shipment on your order. Emails / Texts are sent between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm in your time zone.
How to change my text message preferences
You can edit your mobile phone number at any time by logging into your account and editing the Shipment Notification preferences for your order.
Delivery costs and methods
From the Bag page, you'll see your item description, price, dispatch and delivery information.
Your items will automatically dispatch as they become available. Your items will also deliver separately to ensure you receive them as soon as possible.
You can dispatch each item only to registered address, and choose up to 15 different addresses per order if payment was done via Bank Transfer.
If you would like your items to ship and deliver together, you can select the "dispatch as a single delivery" option on the Bag page.
NOTE: Orders containing an VAGTEC Store Gift Card cannot be shipped as a single delivery.

Orders over 2Kg:
Delivery is £24+vat for orders over 2kg. Orders will be delivered by carrier. For carrier deliveries you can track the status of your order via online Order Status. For carrier deliveries a signature will be required. Deliveries are made during business hours.
Orders under 2kg:
For Orders under 2kg delivery charge is £11+vat. Orders will be delivered by carrier and will be subject to a shipping fee.
To upgrade to express shipping please select at checkout. Please note express delivery is charged at listed rates.
How can I track my order?
Visit our Shipping Service website for the latest status of your delivery. Unfortunately, postal deliveries cannot be tracked.
My order has shipped but I have not received it yet.
The carrier may have trouble finding your address or may have already attempted delivery when no one was home. Should there be any problems with your delivery, VAGTEC will strive to inform you accordingly.
Check the Shipping Service website for the latest status of your delivery. If your delivery was sent by postal service and you have not received it after 5 days, please contact VAGTEC Customer Service.
Delivery Information
If your order is being delivered to a business address, please be advised that our carrier will deliver to a mailroom or delivery point and will request a signature from the mailroom supervisor, our carrier does not require a signature specific to the order details.
If you provide a home address which has a reception or concierge service our carrier will deliver to the concierge. The concierge can sign for the delivery as long as they have a fixed location in the reception or within the building.
If your order is being delivered to someone else in Ireland you may want VAGTEC to let them know that it is on its way. During checkout, simply enter the recipient's email address in the "Email Address (optional)" field within the ship-to section.
The email they receive will display product, delivery and tracking information, but will not include pricing and payment details. They will also receive delivery updates on their order.
I need to change my shipping address.
If you have not yet received your shipment notification you can amend your details online via our VAGTEC Service website. If you are unable to modify your shipping details here, please contact the VAGTEC Store Customer Service.
If your order is already in transit, please contact the carrier indicated on the Self Service website directly.
I will not be at home at the scheduled delivery date.
As our carriers require a signature on delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card if you are not at home. You can then contact the carrier directly for a new delivery appointment during working hours at a suitable date or alternatively amend your delivery address.
How much am I charged for shipping?
UK Shipping for orders over 2kg is £24+vat. For orders under 2kg the value is £11+vat. This charge is automatically added to your order. For International Shipping please see our TNT rates.
What happens if my delivery goes missing or is damaged?
In case of any problems with your delivery, VAGTEC will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement.
International Customers
When orders dispatched internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Note: If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
